Terms and conditions of the video/photo competition “RE:TURN TO THE FUTURE – AGRICULTURE”
Under the Law on Copyright and Related Rights in the Republic of Bulgaria, subject to copyright are audio-visual works, including video clips and photographs.
Author is a natural person, as a result of whose creative abilities a concrete work has been created, in this case video clip or photo which participate in video-photo competition "RETURN TO FUTURE - AGRICULTURE”.
Only the author of the photographic work/video clip can decide whether and when the work will be disclose. The author has the right to determine the time, place and manner in which this should happen.
Photographic work/video clip is used only after prior consent of the author. Copyright is protected by law. Whoever violates an author's rights is liable to pay the right holder compensation for all types of use of his work and for each successive use of the same type.
Under Bulgarian law legally adult is a person who is at least 18 year old. The adult individuals are fully capable by their actions to acquire rights and undertake obligations.
Photos/video clips that are offensive in some way, such as pornography, violence, racial discrimination, incitement to religious or ethnic hatred, etc., are not allowed.

Site administrators have the right not to publish pictures/video clips that violate the above conditions without notifying their authors. Site administrators have the right to provide the relevant authorities and parties available site information for the offender.
Site administrators have the right not to publish photos/video clips containing nude content and erotic photography, as these works do not correspond to the purpose of the contest - the future of agriculture in the EU.
By accepting these terms you declare that you are at least 18 year old, you are the author of the photographic work/video clip which participate in the competition and you agree that the photographic work/video clips can be used free of charge by STRATEGMA Agency Ltd for video/photo competition “RE:TURN TO THE FUTURE – AGRICULTURE” and within the project "CAP: Re:turn to the Future”.
Materials submitted for the contest can not be deleted by their authors and are stored on the site indefinitely.
